Poliitcos @ Bobb, If everything you list is true, just hope a Republican does not win. It will take a decade to lower the % of unemployed. Even in a decade many will not have jobs. The young, middle aged& a few older people will retrain for the jobs of the future. If manufacturing comes back from overseas, unskilled workers can fill these jobs and if unions prevail in the north and Midwest, these workers will be the middle class again. They will earn good wages.

There will always be those who won't find work unless they train for jobs in the service industries. Some service industry jobs require less training, like a Certified Nursing Assistant compared to a janitor.

Key thing, it will take time regardless of the administration.

Most Middle Managers will have to seek new and different employment cuz computer programs havetaken their jobs. The reports they used to pull together for upper management are now compiled while the data processor does the input and goes directly to upper management in the form of the report middle MGMT used to glean. Programers will continue to eliminate jobs. That's why Americans cat meet the dire need for them.
The world economy also effects ours. Western nations are running into the same problems. Russia and China have the rest of the world at a disadvantage as members of the Security Council and as export/import problems and Russia with weapons advantage and nuclear weapons.

Restoration of our pre-Bush economy will be slow. I'm just saying'.....

In a nutshell, 501c(3) is a status given to charities and foundations making all donations received tax deductibles, which means when you give to a charity that such a status, you can claim your donations during your tax return. In america, it is a law for companies to give only to charities having a 501c(3) status. It costs about $500 to apply for it and about 6 months to get approved. To apply, the charity is required to have by laws or something similar, a EIN, and possibly a business bank account (not paypal). It will file taxes to declare how much money it raises for the year...

Thanks, Bobb. I will keep your offer in mind. I might need some publicity about the group and the 501c3 status. Not that I want to compete with your efforts. Speaking of your efforts, what's going on with Haiti 2020?

In my opinion, it falls under the category of "patriarchal slavery". Again, slavery has several forms. I am saying it is as the harsh slavery of the 18th century in Haiti and the U.S. But, Restavek is a form of slavery... For example, is the restavek paid for his/her work? Does he/she have the right to defend himself against injustices done to him/her? Is he/she, at times forced to do things against his/her will? You do the math! And my question is: Can you please justify and elaborate on your answer? Thank you

Yes, in my opinion, it is a form of slavery. That kind of slavery is called: "Escalate Patriarchal" or "Patriarchal Slavery". Its level of harshness can vary, depending of the master. At times, it can even be seen as a life opportunity for the restavek. But, since there is known laws that protect the restavek in relations to his or her guardian, I see it as patriarchal slavery hidden behind the mask of illegal adoption.

Agree with you Reginald Fevilien, the issue is very delicate; it requires great deal of attention. This is the epic of doing the wrong thing for the right reason except in this case, nobody know what right really looks like. Martelly is the only one who can put this thing to rest.
