My best friend is lesbian. She is making several attempts to kiss me. Although I always said no, I like the feel of her lips over mine. I have a boyfriend and he doesn’t like me hanging out with my friend. She treats me better than my boyfriend does. What do you think I should do?

Oh Marie! I have a best friend too, but I have never kissed her nor do I ever plan on it; or have had the desire to do so. A best friend is a friend who you talk to and do fun stuff with; a lover you kiss. Your friend may have been your best friend at one time, but she chose to cross the line and is attempting to become your lover. You have some thinking to do. Do you like the feeling you get when you are with her? Could you see yourself in a relationship with this woman? Do you think you could see yourself in a relationship with her rather than with a man? You say your boyfriend treats you poorly, but what about other boyfriends before him? How did they treat you?
You are at a very vulnerable junction in your life right now. You feel that this woman treats you well and you are contemplation making a go for it. I cannot tell you whether I think it is right or not, that is a decision you must know for yourself. There are many same sex couples who are very happy and are in wonderful long term relationships, and then there are those who are experimenting same sex relationships because they are curious.
My best advice is this. Go for the relationship that makes YOU happiest and in which you are the most comfortable in. If this woman makes you feel like you are on top of the world, well, who am I to tell you not to be in love with the one you love.
