| I cosigned for my boyfriend to buy a truck. He is behind on his payments. The bank contacted me and they threaten to repossess the truck if we don’t pay the outstanding balance. I paid the past due amount because I don’t want to ruin my credit. When I talked to him about it, he said that he had some issues with his ex wife and his child, which caused him financial hardship.
